Richard Belanger - President
Richard started Richard Belanger & Associates, Inc. in 1999 after serving as Executive Vice President for another search company. Richard has worked in Montreal and in Ontario and possesses a deep understanding of both marketplaces.
Prior to his position as Vice President of Marketing for Interwood Marketing Group, the international direct response television network, Richard was President of Primes de luxe, a subsidiary of Regal Greetings & Gifts, where he was responsible for the call centre and retail operations of 44 stores. Before this, he was responsible for sales, marketing, promotion and public relations for companies such as YBL Direct Marketing, Avery Label, TAS Pagette and Quasar Electronics.

Beverley Norris - Consultant, Toronto
Beverley first worked in the Toronto hotel industry culminating as Director of Advertising with Four Seasons Hotels & Resorts. Following this period, she was National Director for The Terry Fox Run and was an integral part of the successful start up of the Run program.
Beverley then moved to England, where she spent 6 years in the UK search business, focusing on packaged goods, hotel management and retail markets.
Returning to Canada, she gained extensive experience in Call Centre Management and established herself in the Canadian search industry prior to joining Morris Group International and working almost exclusively with Richard.

Donna Legault - Researcher, Montreal/Recherchiste, Montréal
With fifteen years of experience in human resources, specifically in the areas of career transition, psychological assessment and recruitment, Donna has dealt with a significant number of intermediate and senior level individuals from all industries. Within organizations such as Peat Marwick Stevenson & Kellogg and André Filion and Associates she was involved in administrative functions prior to creating and developing a successful research centre, including the establishment of internet search stations and research training in her last full-time position.
Fully bilingual and possessing strong interpersonal skills, Donna has worked since 2001 in collaboration with both the Montreal and Toronto offices concerning mandates in both markets.

Stéphane Martin - Consultant
Stéphane Martin is a senior executive search and recruitment consultant. Having graduated with a bachelor's degree in finance and international management, he has eleven years of experience as a human resources professional involved mostly in recruitment but also in training as well as employee relations. Having acquired an excellent knowledge of new trends in recruitment methods as well as best practices in human capital management, he has been exposed to several industries in addition to working in the finance, technology and executive search sector where he has completed mandates for General Managers, Executive vice-president, Finance vice-president, Controller, Plant manager as well as Procurement director. He has also been directly involved in mass recruitment projects for front line positions. In addition to always being abreast of trends impacting the management of human resources, he has developed an expertise in the optimization of recruitment processes through the development technology based tools addressing various aspects of human resources management. Open-minded, professional, energetic and an excellent communicator, he has focused on client satisfaction.
