Time is of the essence.
In our experience, four weeks are usually required to complete the research and interview process for mid-management searches, with six to eight weeks for senior management. This said, while we will make every effort to work as quickly as possible, we won't do it at the expense of identifying the right candidates.
Our fees are flexible.
Our fees are based either on a percentage of the candidate's first-year compensation, or they're a fixed fee that is agreed upon when the assignment begins. We invoice our fees in three equal instalments: on being appointed, on submission of the candidate short-list, and on the candidate's acceptance of your offer. Obviously, this assumes the scope of the assignment doesn't change during the search, or that it's not cancelled or postponed. If the assignment is cancelled, the amount due is half the amount that would be payable at the next payment due date.
We offer appropriate discounts for multiple searches. If you end up employing more than one candidate from the same assignment, our fee for the second placement will be reduced to 75% of the fee for the first. This offer is valid for 90 days after the first assignment is completed.
Our guarantee is real.
If a candidate leaves their position within their probationary period, we will replace them for no additional fee. The only costs will be for out-of-pocket expenses, such as couriers, long distance, travel, advertising, etc., which are billed. The only time this guarantee does not apply is in exceptional circumstances like mergers and takeovers, redundancies, or where the requirements of the position change significantly from the original brief.
